Return Policy

- All Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. 

Returns will not be accepted without proof of purchase. 

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached.

- Returns will not be accepted if the returned item’s condition does not match the description provided in the return request.

 

Refunds and Credits

- In most cases, store credits will be issued in place of refunds.

- A 20% restocking fee will apply for returns due to reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind)

- Defective or incorrect items are not subject to the restocking fee and may be eligible for a full refund.

- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label as long as the claim is made within the claims window.

 

Return Process

To request a return and receive your approved CM# (Claim Management Number), please email the following information to wholesale@pretty-garbage.com:

-          Company Name

-          Invoice Number

-          Images of all damages (if applicable)

-          Brief description of the reason for return

 

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit or refund to be processed.
